National Express Transit Leadership Team

Erick serves as President & CEO of National Express Shuttle (operated by WeDriveU) and Transit, part of National Express North America (https://www.nellc.com), a business unit of global mobility provider National Express Group. Erick and his team lead the strategy to deliver transportation solutions for connected communities, campuses and workplaces. Erick previously served as President & CEO of WeDriveU as well as its President and Chief Operating Officer. Over 15 years with the company, he has developed and expanded WeDriveU’s client base, grown revenues and scaled WeDriveU nationwide. Erick serves on the Board of Directors for the North American Transit Association (NATA), is a member of the American Public Transit Association and the Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT), and was named to ACT’s 40 Under 40 in TDM. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Productions and Operations Management from Cal State East Bay – School of Business and Economics.

As Chief Operations Officer, Bob Kenna focuses on driving operational excellence across the Shuttle (WeDriveU) and Transit division of National Express North America. He oversees the Operations and Safety teams. Bob brings more than 27 years of experience in transportation and logistics, including seven years implementing the company’s largest bus operations.

Tim oversees Business Development and Customer Success, bringing more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in transportation solutions to this role leading commercial efforts for the Shuttle and Transit division. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer for WeDriveU, leading Operations, Fleet, HR and Safety. Prior to joining WeDriveU, Tim served as President and Chief Commercial Officer for ABC Companies, a bus and motorcoach solutions provider. He led financial management at Greyhound Lines and The SavingsBanc and was a senior auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa, passed the CPA exam, and is a former Board Member for the United Motorcoach Association (UMA).

Rick joins the National Express team with 32 years of transit operations and business development experience. He hired, trained, supervised, and managed over 5,000 transit professionals at 20 locations nationwide in past positions, and was responsible for over $600 million in sales of transit, shuttle, fixed-route, and ADA paratransit service contracts during his career.
